Just click on the breadcrum link at the top of any explorer window to get the full path. You can copy this path from windows explorer if your unsure how to write it. "cd c:\downloads\jav-it\", where "cd" means change directory, and "c:\downloads\jav-it" is the path where you want to change to. Right-click that result and choose “Run as administrator”. There is possibly a higher number of unknown rejected apps that do not show up on SteamDB. 'Store Page' and 'Community Hub' were never made public (with a few exceptions). For Apps that had a Store Page but got removed before release, the line removed community_hub_visible on the App's history strongly indicates a ban.
